Hiya,
Ive been told by many people now not keep my emotions and problems bottled up so i have come on here to let them out really. I don't want this post to seem like i have a bad life because i don't i just let my problem and emotions pile up on me.
Over the last couple of years so much has happened to me and my family and i don't really know how to move on.
last July my granddad died of a stroke and i never said goodbye to him, i had the chance at the hospital but i was scared and too upset i keep thinking what if he hates me this is always on my mind before going to sleep which makes me cry a lot and loose a few hours of sleep. I'm also really scared of people i love dieing and how i will cope with this.
In February my sister made up lots and lots of lies and posted them on the internet which resulted to my dad being arrested (but he was innocent) my sister then ran away. throughout all this my family was soo soo close and we have all just drifted away. my sister came home afew weeks later.
i ahve so much hate and anger built up iside me towards her but i dotn know how to handle it i end up just punchign teh wall or goign up to my bedroom and crying. i dotn wnat to tell my parents as this might upset them.
i just dont knwo what to do theres always anotehr problem just waiting round teh corner. im only 14 and i feel so stressed!!!
can anyone give me any advice or anythign i dotn know what to do anymore!

Your sister is scum, i'm sorry, but its the truth.
You have every right to hate her.
If I were you i'd just give her the cold shoulder. |

1st of all, its harder for them if you dont tell them
i think you need to cry a lot more
its proven that it helps us deal with our emotions because physically we are moving through it
it also sounds like you need to see a councillor, possibly to be put on some form of mood elivator
i know you feel in some ways
my family was ripped apart a few years ago, but it doesnt really ever get better or go away untill you deal with what your feeling |

| You really need to get a therapist or something. You need to lash out your feelings to a real person, not the computer |

It's hard to do it on the computer, because some people aren't truthful.
You need to talk to a real person.
Remember that those things are not your fault. |
