| Movie makes sense because its based on a play that makes sense written by a playwright who makes sense. Johnny Depp makes sense in the movie because Johnny Depp isn't stupid and realises that not giving a believable performance is stupid and would make the movie not make sense. |

Actualy based on a musical.
Hence the singing in the film.
I gave it a look but had to leave about half an hour in, it looked good. |
