something is so wrong with me. why?

i feel depressed all the time and i do really bad things to myself... not cutting or anything that could kill me but just kind of disturbing things to hurt myself and i dont know why.

please dont judge me. i just really need some help.

There is such thing as Depression. Many teens in this generation seem to have what we call, emotional problems.

I suggest seeing a counseler or finding some way to control your anger or whatever's bothering you. Try to be happy no matter what.

It's easy to understand if you have issues in your life. Talk about your problems, see a counseler and talk about them. Trust me, a lot of weight will be lifted off your chest.

If you do have depression, there are pills and medication that you can take for that, but I doubt that's the case.
