Girls, A Little Help Please?

What would cause a girls period to be late? As some of you know I posted a topic on here saying I was pregnant, I was but a few months after I found out I had a miscarrige. Now I've been abstinant since. But I'm almost a week late and don't understand. I have been really stressed and I know that may cause it to be late, and I've also been working out a lot more than I use to, and because of that I've changed my diet. I know that can also effect it. But I've never been more than 4 days late. I don't understand.

Missing it just because it feels like it. An STD. Weight loss. Stress. Change of diet.

If you've been checked for an infection, then I wouldn't worry about it unless you miss two in a row.

Well i didnt have my period for at least 2 months and now guess what i started and it hasn't stopped since august.Don't be worried because it will come out. If it doesnt. Go to the doctor and ask the doctor what happened. You can also ask the doctor for prd pills that take 10 days.

yeah... you may ask your mom or auunt (preffer a girl) to take you to the doctor so that you can discuss your problem..

That's the fun of being a female.. Some women have a hard time having a regular menstrual cycle which is where birth control can come into place. (Even if you're not having sex,it can help the body a lot)
The stress,dieting,working out,etc. are all factors that can make a menstrual cycle a little out of wack... (which you seem to already know)

However, if you miss 2-3 more, there could be some other problem(s) that needs to be looked into. So give it a little longer, if you're still concerned call or see a doctor.
