I think their equal....men have their responsibility's
in society and so do women... for many years men had the part of working hard and providing for their families and women give birth (something a man would NEVER be able to do) and do the chores around the house
also run arr ends take the kids to ware they are needed
and be a mother...now women are very capable of doing the mens job by providing for their family's... Women are the weakest of are species but we sure as hell proved men wrong... Smile

women and men should be equal.
however women let themselves be trampled on for so long that they are not equal to men. They have cemented a name for themselves that is less than men.
Should men and women be equal? probably.
but this is something that will take hundreds of years to be acknolwaged as as fact simply because women not only have to prove to men that they deserve to sit at the grown ups table but they have to prove to themselves that they can do it, because all women greatly lack self-confidence in someway or another.
