Just curious as to what you guys would say. Beating him up isn't helpful as it's already been suggested by a few coworkers.

Anyway, creepy guy at work who is at least 24 or 25 years old. He's disgusting, he has very long hair, he's pale, he's working a dead-end job, his personality sucks, he isn't intelligent, basically he has nothing going for him.

Yesterday, my friend noticed that the guy basically was stalking me. He tried to ask me out to see the new Harry Potter movie while I was working. Then he stood behind me for a good twenty minutes just watching me work. Then he came over and started telling me and my friend stupid jokes and surprisingly, one wasn't perverted. However it knocked our religion so it wasn't funny.

I had to take my friend out to get the carts because I didn't want to deal with him alone. At least he dropped whole "oh, I love a girl with a smile." or "is your cheeks getting red? Oh, I love girls who blush." Then there was the "I love a lady in a uniform and she's better out of it." What the fuck? Ew, he's several years older and pale.

I would ask if my schedule could be arranged so I don't work when he works, but I have no idea what his name is. He knows mine because I wear the name tag like we're supposed to.

Any thoughts? I'm also thinking of leaving the company anyway because I can get more somewhere else.

Tell him your not interested and if it continues log a complaint with you boss.

i would definitely be direct with him

dont be gentle either or he may think he has a chance... then dont be alone with him.

other than that ask his name so you can switch shifts or leave
