Only for a short while. I'm trying to periodize my diet throughout the season but it doesn't doesn't always fit in with my current training regime.

I went to the Derby county V Southampton playoff semi-final second leg (which we won)
And the Derby county V West Bromich Albion Playoff Final at the world famous Wembley (which we won).
On neather ecation did I break a rib (a noteable achievement for both me and Derby).
I went though the 72 hour Celebration and then the 48 hour hangover with minimal brusing. |
