We are all different people and we all learn things differently. But some things work for majority of people.
I would like to know what's worked for you and maybe we could all try it.
I usually just read through the stuff - i don't know why but I don't do summary notes at all cuz they waste my time. do notes really work for you?
so just share ur ideas here i guess... |

| Writing it out helps, but I don't reread my notes. Also, I just do something along the lines of a bulleted list. Reading it once usually works for me, but it rarely does for anyone else. |

Broken down by subject!:
ENGLISH:
-Vocab lists: I suggest breaking them into groups of ten. Study each group, and refresh your memory with the previous groups. (Ex: 30 words, 4 days to go over them all.) It's easier and longer-lasting than cramming in the day before the test.
-Reading/Book exams: Reread the book. Reread the book. DO IT.
-In-class writing: Get some sleep beforehand. xD;
HISTORY:
-Cramming works for this subject... especially cramming at 2:00 AM in the morning...
SCIENCE:
-Chemistry: Make sure you know the formulas, and go over the problems you don't know.
-Biology: Again, cramming.
PRE-CALC/UP:
-Go over the problems you don't know from your HW!
-Know your formulas for Calculus (especially the derivations: it'll save you time quite a bit if you don't have to derive them yourself).
SPANISH:
-Vocab: Make sure you know what it means. Use flashcards for this. :]
-Grammar: Practice conjugation, that's all I can say. Watch out for them tricky irregulars. >>;
This is about everything I have to say on this subject. It's worked for me so far, these strategems. :D

my school offers only four AP classes and two are for seniors only. there's english AP, AP US History, government AP, and AP euro history which we don't even have this year.
yeah, my school sucks but i'm sure you've heard all about it from me.

My school is full of AP classes and college courses, as well as all the regular college prep and lower classes.
I can honestly say I'm not very book smart, but at least I have more common sense than most my age. That's what's important in the end. |

And how would you know that? Hmm?
I think we have someone who refuses to be ousted as a stalker.
It's okay.
No, really.
It's okay.
I'm sure the local mental hospital has room.
(Just kidding.)
