Homecoming

When do you guys have homecoming? Do you have your dates yet? If not...are you planning to ask anyone out/hoping someone asks you out?

Homecoming for my school is on the 22nd of September (I think) and someone already asked me out. A nice friend of mine, and I'm very happy.

Ours is in late October to early November. It depensd on if my friends are going and if my relationship is still going on.

Ok, so I was a little off on mine. It's Sept. 30. Unfortunately, I have to go to a Native American pow-wow, so I don't know if I'm going for sure yet.

Don't know about mine either. Usually it's around the middle of September but I've been hearing rumors that it got pushed back. Guess the only way to find out is to ask someone at the office or something.

Im going to a Dagorhir Battle on the day of mine, and its a campout party

Dagorhir is medevil swordfighting. Im on team Rome..

Its going to be sweet. Does anyone else have Dagorhir chapters near them. I know its international

I'm glad I was sick so I couldn't turn the guest dance sheet in. Here's how the homecoming went down for the friends I probably would have been hanging out (as my other friends worked/didn't want to go/couldn't go).

1. Peter and Kate are dating so I would have went with them with my boyfriend.
2. Kate's older sister Dani graduated last year, but she's going with my boyfriend's ex Ashley, who decided not to bring her own boyfriend along.

Well, Dani picks up Peter and they go get their other friend Amy who doesn't have a date. Then they go to Ashley's house and they get there at 7:10, enough time to pick her up and go get something to eat, right? Turns out Ashley wasn't ready and it took her fifty minutes to finally get ready so by then it was too late to go get food so they went to dance.

At the dance, Amy calls Ashley a name, which is true, and gets mad. So Ashley calls Amy names and then Kate and Peter take Amy to another table, but despite Dani's attempts, Ashley keeps on going over and trying to start stuff. While Kate and Peter are on the dance floor, Amy comes over and tells them that she's going home because she can't deal with Ashley.

After the dance, Peter, Kate, Dani, Ashley, and Amy were supposed to go bowling, but Dani and Kate's mom wants them home because of a gas leak. Ashley says something about Amy and Kate gets mad so Ashley walks home. Then Dani and Kate argue to Peter's house.

Really glad I didn't go as I hate Ashley.

Sounds like that would've sucked.

Change of plans for me since I created this topic. My homecoming date pretty much showed his true colors over the past few weeks and I'm deciding just not to go at all. I don't really enjoy dances unless some of my close friends are there (they don't plan to go) and since he's close buddies with his ex-gfs which are my ex-friends...that's a little awkward. All is forgiven since I was kicked out of their little 'family' but I feel really uncomfortable being around them.

Besides, the fact that he acts like a 10 year old and won't shut up about violence and how he beat up some innocent kid for no reason as well as getting in trouble with the cops every day (I don't believe that crap) and planned to 'run away to Ohio with his ex-gf then go up north to Michigan to get shot ["'cause it's the best way to go down y'know?" <--- direct quote]...well, that's just not my kind of guy.
