PM problem

What is wrong with private messages? I have been using it constantly for private talking since I have joined this forum, but now I can't send any of it. I wrote a response to one message in my Inbox, but it has been staying in Outbox for three days, and nothing seems strong enough to move it from there... I tried to send it again, save it and send, but nothing worked. Usually messages need one day to be sent, from day of writing. My message is staying there for three days.

Is there anybody from administrator/moderator team that can fix this problem to me, or help me find a solution for it? This PM conversation means a lot to me, so I would like to fix it as quick as possible.

Take it to Yahoo! Messenger or MSN if it's that important to you.

Nope, I considered that, but since I don't use MSN that often (because of lot of private things), and generally don't like useless chatting, that is not a solution.

Well nothing can really be done for you until Tamonten gets back, and even then he may not be able to fix it.

I suggest using MSN or Yahoo! until then. Even e-mailing would work.

Thank you for you help, I appreciate that you took a look at this thread and tried to help, which is not usual thing in this forum, where everything is pretty much messed up.

Is your mail box full up? Try deleting messages if you haven't already.

No, my Inbox hadn't been full, but anyway I have deleted some messages (considering that it is maybe bug that were not letting over 15 messages in Inbox, although "officialy" it can handle more than 50), but that doesn't help. Message in my Outbox still staying there. Tried to send a message againg, but nothing changed.

Why not get the addies of the people you are talking too? Then you don't need to depend on this prehistoric message system.

Most people have MSN, which meens you can use other systems to contact them.

There's very little I can do to help you (phpBB is an inferior forum client) so I've disabled your ability to use private messaging. Maybe by activating and then deactivating this function for you it'll fix any bugs or problems, but I can't guarantee anything.

If I don't get round to restoring tomorrow (Busy day) then post in this thread on friday to remind me and I'll get to it.
