Okay well i was going out with this boy and i recently broke up with him. The reason why was because my mom doesnt want me being in a serious relationship right now because i have hard classes this year and i need to focus on school. So i decided for once to listen to her and break up with him.

Well at first he was fine with it, he respected my decision and said we could still be friends. But now all of a sudden hes like i kno the real reason you broke up with me is so you can talk to other guys and be a player (he's always said i am). And i told him that i really do still care about him and i really didnt want to break up. But he says i really dont because we didnt even go out that long.

Were suppose to be friends now but everytime i text him and stuff he gives me one word responses and he doesnt act like himself... I see him around and we dont really even talk. However when i read the text he sent my friend he said he still has feelings for me and that hes never felt this way before but i hurt him.

I really still want to talk to him and have things the way they used to be and i told him that. But he just doesn't seem to believe me or care. Should i just forget about him or give it more time or what????

does it really make that much of a difference?

its up to him in the end really and he sounds like hes being a right idiot about it anyway
