Allow me to ellaborate with this diagram I drew a couple minutes ago:
Circle 1 is Kindergarten.
The arrow from circle 1 to circle 2 is 9 years of school life.
Circle 2 is 2 years of schooling for a set of basic English qualifications called GCSEs.
The red lines signify the end of compulsory education whereby at the age of 16, they who have completed all GCSE exams, may leave school forever.
Circle 3 is the option of college. College in England teached Vocational courses.
Circle 4 is where I am- A-Levels - which are a step above GCSEs which last for 2 years.
The dotted line is an optional route to take a higher level course at College after taking a relevant A-level.
Circle 5 is University, only appicable to those who have completed A-levels.
Circle 6 is iminent death.
Make sense? |

have you applied for ema yet ? you should be able to get upto £30 a week to spend on sixth form stuff if your household income is less than £30,810 type ema into google to check it out |
