Well maybe when you ask such a question you should be ready for such an answer as was given.
Thanks for trying to defend your friend, but if you're trying to make me care, I don't cause there's no going back on what was already said.
And that smile was really to show that his attitude did not effect my position, nor my mood. His attempts were all for nothing, and I figured I might as well tell him now so that he doesn't keep trying to make me care when it's not going to happen.
