HI!well I think i need to go to therapy...i think it will help me with my problems (trust me i've got some)...i tried to tell my parents but they said i don't need it and it will just be an embarassment and a waste of time...i came to teenwrd instead of a therapist.what should i do?no one believes that i need 1.

well, you could talk to me if you want. i'm kinda interested in going into that field.. haha.

first of all, not to be offensive, but do you really NEED to see a shrink or do you want the attention of it? do your problems stem from your want of people to pay attention to you? do you heighten these problems so that people will take more notice of you?

but yeah, if you need to talk or something, i'll be here.

no im not looking for people's attention or w/e u think...i just think that i really need to talk to someone about the stuff that i'm going through right now...and i dont want to keep it all inside because im worried ill just snap one day...and i REALLY dont want that to happen...but i think that day might come soon...if i dont talk to people openly about it.

Well, post your problems in public if it's not too personal, and you'll get several people giving you advice.

You can also talk to someone in private so they can make you feel better (preferably a girl your age... because peers usually get along easier). But, I'm always here to help if you need any support.

yeah I know there are but, I cant...if people find out then they're gonna blow it all out of proportion...trust me i think im better off not talking to a school therapist...but, thanks for the reply.

You'll probubly never meet me so theres no reason to be scaired and other people seem to trust me with personal stuff (girls mainly) I don't know why but they do.

You could talk to a guidance counselor or teacher, and have them talk to your parents for you. Somtimes it helps if they hear it from another adult.

yeah that's true...but, you know the kids will be dying to hear what happened with me. I don't want school publicity.
