What are the factors that caused the high rate of juvenile delinquencies?

1. Parents.
2. Peers.
3. Others.

Give me your opinion..

i say it's a combination of a lot of things. it's partly Peers and partly the parents fault. that's with the real delinquents. like my poor brother that lives with his dad. he's been in and out of jail since he was 16. it's been really sad.

i have never been a bad boy really... but i was grounded practically the entire time from age 7 to age 14. i was grounded though my birthdays though Christmas. lol it was pretty funny. i was even grounded from tv for an entire 5 years. i had to do my tv watching by walking in and out of the room with the tv. as soon as my dad got on disability and they started giving him pain pills i haven't been grounded since.

My opinions are all the choices parent peers etc. Of course, in kindergarten, I was a b****. I slapped a girl in the faced, teased kids with glasses, pulled a girl I hated of the monkeys bars, and she got hurt, and punched a friend in the stomach. I never payed attention to the teacher and never obeyed. Now, I'm sorry I was a bully to kids, but I'm not sorry about paying attention to the teacher, and honestly, I'm not sorry about that show off on the monkey bars.

i say it's the parents fault, if they did a good enough job of teaching their child values and morals and respect, then peers and other pressures shouldnt phase them
