I do not like it. It isn't fair or right, but supposedly animals aren't as important as we are.

I say we test on volunteers. Too bad for cruel and unusual punishment being illegal, otherwise I'd say to test on prisoners.

On the whole= bad
For drugs and medicines= better than nothing
For cosmetics= f*cking wrong

Why dont we test on the developers and government officials that dont pay the poor scientists enough? im sure the SCIENTISTS would love it. and it'd save all the helpless little animals. I think its bad!

testing on the politicians might lead to more wars and everything being fucked up more. it's not their job to pay the scientists anyway.

I think that it has both bad and good qualities.

Bad-
Why test on animals, they have just as much as a right to live here as us an we have already been destroying their homes and places of safety. No wonder they are scared of us. AND they say that animals are getting extinct. NO WONDER!!!

Good-
I cant really say much for good stuff but i suppose that id does help us be healthier. I totally disagree with cosmetics though. To be honest i dont think we need them at all. All it does is give u even more spots, so how is that helping us. pfft...

Improvements-
May be they should test it on fresh dead bodies. I no, i no it sounds weird but some people want to help testing e.g. donating their organs etc

if there are animals left over after an experiment, they are called extra stock and killed even though theres nothing wrong with them!

You know....they do all this testing to find side effects, yet they still release products with a list of side effects so long it takes you an hour to read them all....and all that to help you sleep..

I am sorry, but I would rather see an rat die from testing than a human any day. Better to test on them first, then voulenteers.

You make the mistake of seeing humans as more impotant than any thing elts.
