| if it's legal, then it's fine. no one is going to pretend that drinking isn't going to mess up some part of your body (you can tell who has given blood and who has been drinking in track) |

| Actually moderate amounts of alcohol when your body is mature has been found to lower the risk of heart disease. Moderate meaning one or two glasses of wine, and no hard liquor. |

just because it helps one thing doesn't make it good for you overall. notice my usage of some part of your body, not all of your body. |
