i dont know wat to do...HELP

idk wat to do...
theres this guy
i met him in nov/dec of last year...we were together on and off until about march or april...i know deep down that we both loved each other...we had a BAD breakup the last time and didnt talk anymore...then he called...'just to say hey cuz he hadnt talked to me in a while and to ask me if i hated him'...of course i dont hate him...i cant i love him to much...i didnt hear nothin for about 2 weeks then in august i saw him at the fair...the first night he said hey...2nd asked me to ride a ride w him..and the third night asked for a hug...lets just say i was flabbergasted and all those old sparks were suddenly re-lit...since then i have seen him at the mall...we made eye contact...but it seems as tho we just cant find the words...now i cant get him off of my mind once again...i know wat i am feeling IS love but idk how to start over with him...and its hard to tell if he even wants to...

some one HELP
so far...no one has been able to...i need effective advice ASAP
