| i exercise a lot each week. like the whole day. i stand whenever i can get to and just move or dance around or even jumping a little when waiting for something. i just hate sitting around doing nothing. moving around helps my mood. even when on my laptop i move. |

Hm, if that's considered exercise then I probably put in more hours of that than I thought o.o I tend to jump around A LOT even between IM messages or waiting for something to load. Especially on the phone since I don't think anybody can actually stay in one place while doing that. |

| I wouldn't count that moderate exercise. I believe I heard from either my health teacher or my gym teacher that moderate exercise has to have a sustained heart rate of 150 to 170 for at least ten minutes. I'd consider jumping around light exercise as you're not breaking a sweat. |

I excersice a lot during the week by running.
I live by the beach, so it's nice running and seeing the view at the same time. |

| Unless you walk really fast, it wouldn't count if you play in sports often. You have to get the heart rate up, which walking probably wouldn't do it. |
