I weigh like 144 lbs.
I am 13.
I have had the .
I am about 5 foot 3 inches
I work out and stuff too...5 days a week. Sat. and Sun. I take a rest.
I have a 2 pack
SO AM I OVERWEIGHT?
OR AM I NORMAL?

As we can't see you, we really can't tell if you're overweight. Chances are, you're not. If you're really that worried, talk to your doctor.

If you can't afford it, consider trying to find out if there are free clinics in your area that help teens. If you have a 2-pack and worrying about being overweight, well, maybe you should consider it.

I rather not go to a doctor. I guess I am not fat....just not as skinny as the girls in mags.

Very few people have the bone structure to be that skinny and if you don't have it, the amount of dieting required to get that skinny would not be healthy since it would require bone loss. Plus, there is air brushing techniques that exist now to help them with that skinny look.

Hun i got this site where you would work out ur bmi, if your really worried why dont you check it out? ittl tell u if ur underweight, normal, overweight, obese, morbidly obese. It's a really helpful thing really.http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/bmi.htm

BMI doesn't take into account muscle and bone mass and therefore I don't recommend taking it seriously.

im 15
i weigh 143
im 5"5
i have a six pack
i'm on my cross country track team and i can run at a flat out sprint for 19minutes:34seconds
and yet im still not at my goal weight(125)
im the most fit person i know and i still have "love handles"
i've been on so many diets i've lost count
someone please help me figure this out... Crying or Very sad
