Well, not having sex at all would lower any pregnancy rate...

It's between 16 and 18 in the USA. I believe you also can have sex in one state at fourteen, but someone would have to double check on that.

i know im being annoying but:

Sex before marriage is NOT right but it is not wrong either...

I guess cuz im say 60% sure about waiting...but then the other 40% is kinda going...well...it depends on my partner, how deeply in love i am (no lust), and i just dunno...maybe i would change my mind when im caught up in that moment...

Neither opinion is crap... everyone is entitled to his/her opinion. I think that that sex before marriage is okas long as you feel ready, and that you take the necessary precautions.
